hrm… flat footing really isn’t that important. If you can comfortably get the ball of your feet down at the same time, you should be fine. I can’t flat foot either of my bikes either… just something you gotta get used to. You probably stop with one foot anyway, you can always stay stopped on one foot. If you have to back it in or out for like parking, throw down the kick stand and get off the bike to back it in or out.
If flat footing really really is so important to you, the only thing I can think of might be to look at cruisers or standards.
