To paste a picture, first you need the link to the picture. The easiest way to get the link is to right click on the picture and choose 'Copy Image Location'. Try right clicking on the banner at the top of this page. You should see the 'copy image location' option like this:

Image

Choosing 'copy image location' copies the link to the image. So now that you've got the link copied, all you need to do is paste that link into your post, highlight the link, and then click the button that says 'Img' to surround the link with the correct code. Here is the 'Img' button:

Image

If you do that correctly, the picture will appear.

So for the last ad you posted, I went to the ad, copied the image location, pasted it below, highlighted it and then clicked the 'Img' button to add the code around it, so now it should appear:

It's probably a '63, but I'm positive it's not a 150cc. The frame is that of a smallframe Vespa. The small door over the engine is unique to smallframes; on the large Vespas, the whole cowl bulge comes off to expose the engine. The wheels are the early 4-lug smallframe wheels, which were fitted from '63-'65 on original models and on some of the late 90's on the "Nostalgia" models, which were sold only in Japan.

This is probably a '63 Vespa 50 with a three-speed gearbox. It might be a Southeast Asian quasi-resto, going by some of the embellishment trim (headlight and steering lock), the floorboard mat and the telltalle yellow kickstand boots.
I'm not an addict...
