Are aftermarket (aluminium) wheels available for the SA50?

Post by hessam » Wed Nov 29, 2017 4:58 am

Hi,

Looking for some different wheels for my SK50 (only in Japan, Australia and Canada) but the SA50 wheels are the same.

What are some wheels available?

My original ones are rusty, and the rear wheel has some dents and is a tiny bit buckled so I thought I would replace them and throw on a pair of new tyres for good measure. By the way this is my first moped.

Thanks
Hessam

Damn. They are all for disc brakes and the only rear drum wheel they sell won't match the front. Any other shops you know of?

Thanks

Well you could upgrade to a disc brake

It's been years since I've looked at rims, so I'm a bit out of the loop on who's selling and which ones fit, but some sites to look at are:
http://www.ruckhouse.com/index.php/wheels-tires/wheels
https://www.drowsports.com/vehicle/hond ... els-tires/
http://www.passwordjdm.com/Suspension-W ... -C411.aspx
https://www.scooterworks.com/HLanding.a ... uckus_Mods

But yeah most (all?) of them are based on a front disc. You'll probably also need some type of spacer kit.
