Howdy fellow Riva owners !!

I managed to get my hot sweaty hands on an '83 copy of the shop manual for the Riva XC180.

This thing is chock full of goodies.

Contact me with a question and provide your personal email and I'll:

a) look it up in the shop manual
b) send you a PDF via email of what I've found.

Cheers !!

FWIW, the Riva 180 shop manual is available for download on this site. The link is:

Does anyone have a pdf that is only in English? No offense Canada, I'm just easily distracted and often find myself trying to brush up on my French vocab when I'm supposed to be working on my Riva!

You're spoiled  It seems like only a few years ago that these manuals were almost impossible to get online.

To answer your question though, the Riva 200 manual is only in english and these are basically the same machines (mostly just a larger bore cylinder), so for most work you could use the Riva 200 manual.

If you find an English only Riva 180 manual let me know. I scoured the internet for shop manuals today and added about 10 to the downloads page (but mostly Vespa, SYM, Kymco).

Well, as luck would have it... I have an English only Riva 180 manual and I'm willing to scan it to PDF... but not before next week.

I'll have to bring the manual to work and scan it using our large multi-function printer/scanner/photocopier.

That would be great to add to the site if you can get it scanned in! Shoot me an email at durston.dan@gmail.com once you have a PDF.
