Yamaha Razz 50cc Battery

Post by Gianfranco » Thu Feb 11, 2016 5:36 am

Hey guys, what battery can I use for my Yamaha Razz 50cc. The factory one is a GM4-3B 12V, 4AH. But can't seem to find it anywhere. So is there like a another AH battery I can use?

You can pretty much use any 12V battery that has enough amp hours and fits in your scooter, but sticking with the right shape is probably easiest. The UB4L-B is a replacement option that has the same dimensions/capacity.

Its nice to buy a decent battery (e.g. YUASA) but there's also something to said for getting one really cheap. You can grab one foe $16 here:

Thank you Dan, but you don't think they might have one in South Africa?

I didn't realize you're in South Africa. Unfortunately I don't know anything about buying batteries there, but the UB4L-B battery should be available for a low price from whoever does sell them in S. Africa.
