check to see any came to carb bowl.....spark plug wire in place...at least you have done something with it

seem like new carb passages not completely good clean (idle jet, main jet)...
However in here guys may help you easier with stock carb....replaced it with aftermarket carb is different ballgame, very hard to help you from away...in person maybe

regularly they are in one assembly....it might has popped out in transit, just put it back in and good to go, no problem.

1987 white n blue Aero NB50 are rare, but you can find 5 of them easier than 1 piece taillight lens.
