I need major help I found a cheap Chinese scooter on the side of the road I got her running but then she stops

So I found the issue but I have no idea what to do so there is a line going to the return that has a y connector when I plug one of the open ports it runs if I let go it stops if you look at the photo where does this line go
I also have a bunch of other lines not connected if someone could please tell me what I should I would appreciate it
